Overflow Hotels & Room Rates

We have had an overwhelming response to booking hotel rooms. As a reminder, APHSA will provide a shuttle service between the overflow hotels and the Gaylord starting on Sunday, Oct 6. These hotels are seven minutes from Denver International Airport and five minutes from our host hotel, Gaylord Rockies. Many offer complimentary shuttles and are full-service hotels.

We've experienced sold-out hotel block reservations for our conferences. We encourage you to make your reservations as early as possible! Once the block closes, the hotel will accept reservations based on current availability. However, the rate may be higher than the negotiated block room rate. All room reservations can be made directly with the hotel using their secure online portal by clicking on the button above.

Use of Debit Cards

When an individual uses a bank debit card to pay for their hotel room, the hotel may secure all funds for the entire reservation at the time of check-in, plus a small fee per day for incidentals.

Cancellation Policy

All reservation cancellations must occur 72 hours before arrival to avoid a one-night room and tax penalty charge.

APHSA is not utilizing any third-party housing companies for hotel reservations for our conference. To ensure your comfort and security and to avoid any potential issues with unauthorized providers, we strongly encourage you to book your accommodations exclusively through the official links provided by our association on the conference website. Please be vigilant and avoid making reservations through any unknown housing or travel company claiming to be associated with our event. The only secure and verified way to book your stay is directly through the official channels we have established.
